We’re excited to announce that we have two entry-level positions available for motivated individuals eager to grow in the tech industry. What You'll Do: Gain hands-on experience with: - Configuring and supporting various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS. - TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Meraki management - Setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. - Mobile device and email configuration for both iOS and Android platforms. - Delivering outstanding customer service to our diverse client base. What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: - A proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work. - A proactive willingness to learn. - A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Troubleshooting skills with Windows and/or Mac OS. - Experience with System Administration. - The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
