Responsibilities: The Data Manager is responsible for Responsible for overseeing analytics projects and roadmap enhancements supporting critical business functions; executing strategic analytics initiatives effectively, meeting internal milestones and enhancing organizational capabilities; cultivating strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and functions; collaborating effectively with remote or offshore analytics teams to deliver high-quality development work; overseeing project processes, including careful review, and validation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of analytics outputs and metrics; leading the integration and effective utilization of advanced AI technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and recommending strategic improvements that optimize analytics efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and operational performance; serving as the subject matter expert for key business performance metrics, providing trusted analytics-based guidance to senior leaders for informed, data-driven decisions and strategic planning purposes; ensuring analytics solutions, including reporting on metrics meet internal audit (IA) criteria and comply fully with SOX standards; effectively driving end-to-end management of analytics initiatives, maintaining project schedules, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and consistent delivery against business-approved roadmaps, ensuring timely execution within budget and scope; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in Palo Alto, California. Education: *Master’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, or related field (or foreign equivalent). Requirements: *2 years of experience in the job offered or related position. 2 years of experience with SaaS analytics metrics (including ARR, NRR, Renewals) and financial performance reporting in enterprise software businesses; 2 years of experience developing deep knowledge of enterprise software data structures, business processes, and analytics methodologies; 2 years of experience with utilizing AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics methodologies; 2 years of experience in analytic programming languages/tools, including SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, dbt, and related analytics platforms; 2 years of experience with data governance, SOX compliance, and internal audit standards; and 2 years of experience with mentoring analytics teams, including geographically dispersed resources. Rate of Pay: $197,000 - $220,000 *In lieu of a Master’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, or related field and two years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Science, Statistics, or closely related field plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related position.
