Summary of Role ● Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure that all projects are a success. Properly scope the design project ● Conduct a design handoff meeting with the sales rep and client to ensure project scope and alignment. ● Meet with the client to present any initial ideas; discuss and probe for any specifics the client may have regarding the design or installation. ● Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases. ● Create an installation road map. ● Inform the scheduler of your needs, working within your reasonable deadline (negotiated between sales, the scheduling department, and the client). Successfully execute design projects ● Manage installation crew while en route to the project and on-site. ● Complete the installation within the allotted time frame (typically 1 to 3 days. ● Communicate your daily feedback and install requirements to sales and the scheduling department for each day prior to install or changes.
