Perform various manufacturing and inspection tasks Process Operator Position Summary We are seeking a Process Operator to join a collaborative manufacturing team supporting high-reliability electronic component production. This role is responsible for performing visual inspections, dimensional and electrical measurements, reliability testing, and specialized testing based on customer requirements. The Process Operator will follow established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and environmental, health, and safety requirements to ensure products consistently meet internal and customer specifications. This individual will work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to support timely manufacturing schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work as part of a cross-functional manufacturing team while demonstrating the ability to follow instructions, monitor process outputs, and communicate observations or concerns effectively Perform manufacturing and inspection tasks related to electronic passive components, including: Visual inspection Dimensional verification Electrical property verification Reliability testing Destructive physical analysis Conduct specialized testing based on customer specifications and requirements Perform monthly inventory counts for work-in-progress and finished goods while maintaining accurate spreadsheet records Operate manufacturing equipment safely and in accordance with documented procedures Maintain accurate production records and document process observations to support continuous improvement initiatives and design-of-experiment activities Utilize computer-based programs and systems to collect and evaluate manufacturing data and make in-process adjustments when necessary Support additional production and operational duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience Ability to use microscopes, measuring devices, and electronic testing instruments Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work safely with chemicals and perform physical job requirements within a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established quality, safety, and operational procedures Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience Experience working in electronics, precision manufacturing, or high-reliability production environments preferred Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
