Summary: Seeking architectural and structural plans, along with MEPS and Title 24 documentation, for a detached one-car garage conversion into an AUD with a bathroom, kitchenette, and combo living/bedroom. Highlights: 1. Design and documentation for garage to AUD conversion 2. Prepare architectural, structural, and MEPS sheets 3. Include Title 24 and stamped signature I need to convert a single detached one car garage into an AUD with a bathroom,kitchenette, and combo living room/bedroom. Existing garage is detached. Garage has no insulation or drywall. The following is needed for the city of Chula Vista. I will get my own permit. Needed: Architectural sheets, structural sheets detailing foundation,garage door close up that will become a wall,etc, MEPS (mechanical, electrical, plumbing sheets indicating the new utilitities and title 24. Stamp signature is also needed. If you can provide all of the listed above please submit your cost, company name and if you are licensed. I am located in the Chula Vista area. Thanks
