Pay Re: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed10:00 AM - 04:30 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or approprie emergency response activities a retail locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and after-hours activity, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and/or coordinion with local law enforcement when needed. Support a professional presence while interacting with the public, addressing questions, de-escaling tense situions, and communicing clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card for Texas only. CPR/First Aid certificion is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
