Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting notable activity according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-reled concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or restricted spaces while remaining alert to suspicious behavior, policy violions, and conditions th may require a response. Work with local management, staff, and/or first responders during incidents, medical calls, and unusual events while following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Be least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only. CPR and First Aid certificion is preferred and may be completed post hire. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
