Pay Re: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:00 PM - 11:30 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by following security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities approprie to a retail locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including documenting observions and communicing with local management and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and customer service spaces to help to deter theft-reled activity, support loss prevention efforts, and report suspicious behavior. Assist with access control, after-hours checks, and security-reled policy enforcement while maintaining a visible presence and providing clear directions during routine operions and/or emergencies. Minimum Requirements: Be least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas only. CPR and First Aid certificion is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
