Pay Re: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur02:30 PM - 11:30 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities approprie to the locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random prols throughout the retail locion, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violions, and/or potential hazards according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Maintain readiness for an armed post by following assigned post responsibilities, handling sensitive situions with professionalism, and supporting security-reled response efforts during escaled incidents. Minimum Requirements: Be least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only. CPR and First Aid certificion is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
