Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candide for the Software Developer/Scrum Master position for the Integred Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. The ideal candide will be a leader and problem solver. This position is loced near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite. Primary Tasks Participing in the design and creion of scalable software Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end Unit testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues Build the front-end of applicions through appealing visual design Write effective APIs Cree Use cases and Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Cree security and da protection settings Build feures and applicions with a mobile responsive design Write technical documention Drive the daily execution of an Agile project teams Help define, document, and track the completion of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Bugs Run agile meetings such as daily scrum, retrospectives, and planning Protects the team from over-committing and scope creep during sprint planning. Assists in estimion and sub-task creion. Leads and captures feedback and generes action items during sprint retrospective meetings. Works as the administror of the scrum board.  Ensures th the tasks are up to de in the scrum tool and th the selected tools are working well. Meets individually with team members and stakeholders as needed.  Assists in ironing out team disagree-ments about processes and work styles. Consults team members on how best to work within a scrum team. Assists Product Owners with collecting reporting metrics to better provide stus. Aids the scrum team by elimining any external blockers and manages internal roadblocks through process improvement. Ability to supervise up to 9 people.  Basic Qualificions Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered. BS degree and years of 8+ prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience in the following applicions frameworks ( least 2):  React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML, Familiarity & knowledge:  Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Red H Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Surica, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud & Nifi Must have the following certificion:  8140 DCWF work role 802 IT Project Manager, CompTIA Security + is preferrable, also will accept SecurityX / CASP+ or CISSP Applicions/Frameworks ( least 2):  JIRA, Confluence, & Slack Experience or Knowledge in the following Areas:  Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional team Preferred Qualificions Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience Active TS/SCI preferred SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
