Requirements Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years overall construction experience OSHPD Experience 5 years experience in quality control inspections, or combination of field management roles on similar projects Fundamental knowledge of quality control inspection standards, procedures, and applicable codes Ability to develop in-depth understanding of SSQMP and knowledge of applicable codes Ability to determine acceptability and rejectability of work based on assigned criteria Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written Require NAVFAC/USACE, or equivalent, and minimum of 2 ICC Current certifications in Building and/or Trade specific inspection to have or obtain within one year Continue to obtain ICC certifications in Building and Trade specific inspection, 1 per year

Set up and organize digital and physical job folders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up to date. Communicate effectively with field teams to address video quality issues. Act as a liaison between field teams, project coordinators, and clients to resolve discrepancies.

The Role The Employee Health and Safety Manager will be act as a consultant to business unit leaders and provide support for our product teams and workers. This role will provide leadership, coordination, and execution of day-to-day requirements on projects, managing workers compensation claims, ensuring precise accident reports, and driving safety programs and initiatives. The EHS Manager will be operating on client sites as well as Terabase locations. Factory setting is also desirable. · Understanding of the software, engineering and/or climate tech sectors. · Experience providing EHS support across multiple locations. · Strong planning, coordination, organization and prioritization skills. · Proven ability to foster relationships with managers and working partnerships with a broad range of people. · Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. · Thorough understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations. · Ability to interpret State and Federal regulations and applicability to facility to ensure compliance. · Ability to write regulatory reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. · Experience performing risk assessments and audits. . Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
