Join us today, and experience a career well lived. $70,304.00 Program Management – Program Director IDD Services Host Home Are you an experienced QIDP professional with management ability and the energy and focus to run a thriving Host Home program? As Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all services delivered within the Host Home program as well as supervising the providers and individuals served. Services and Supports Act as the QIDP when required; write and approve individual program plans; train and assist Program Supervisors with implemention of plans across all shifts Periodically audit individual records and other program documention for accuracy and completion Conduct progress meetings and regular reviews as approprie or determined by the interdisciplinary team; provide and approve written progress reviews Oversee licensing compliance for program services and supports; assure timely and accure program documention; implement compliance plan; manage individual rights implemention When applicable, implement system and oversee management of individual’s funds and property; assure security and accuracy; audit, monitor, and review individual’s financial accounts Implement proactive stregies to reduce or elimine serious incidents; take immedie steps to correct potential safety concerns and limit the potential for continued concern or incident; review all incidents and direct approprie response; ensure timely incident reporting Stakeholder Relions Maintain and foster communicion and relionships with individuals, families, case managers, managed care contractors, and other stakeholders; monitor customer sisfaction and implement improvement stregies; advoce on behalf of individuals receiving services Communice with the general community, neighbors, competitors, and other outside organizions Maintain and foster positive relionships with applicable government authorities and referral agencies Participe in building relionships with local legislors and government officials; make political contacts and advoce on behalf of the industry, company, and persons receiving services Personnel/Supervision Assist with recruitment and interviewing of all staff; hire Program Supervisors and Mentor Recruiters in consultion with Area Director; approve hire of Program Services Clinical Coordinors and other staff members Direct and supervise the Program Supervisors and Mentor Recruiter; oversee indirect staff members Organize and implement on-site oriention and training for assigned programs; monitor training compliance and documention; design and monitor program schedule Conduct annual Program Supervisor and Mentor Recruiter evaluions in consultion with Area Director; review and approve annual Program Services Clinical Coordinor and other staff evaluions Coach employees, correcting or directing employee behavior where required; recommend and participe in decisions regarding discipline and terminion in consultion with Area Director and Human Resources; handle terminion of Program Services Clinical Coordinors and other staff members as necessary Oversee employee safety and workers’ compension programs; monitor compliance; assist in returning employees to work; implement, oversee, and train employees about safety Conduct monthly staff meetings; tend monthly regional meetings Growth and Development Maintain business performance and meet annual growth plans; assist with new start or other core development initiives as assigned Promote relionships with families, case managers, and other stakeholders; identify opportunities by following industry trends and responding to payer need Direct program stregy to manage census, maintain occupancy, improve daily tendance, and/or maximize utilizion Financial Management When applicable, approve purchase of food, supplies, and equipment; review and monitor monthly invoices for accuracy and budgetary compliance Oversee census, tendance informion, or other required documention to ensure accure billing; monitor utilizion between authorizion and provision of services and supports Monitor staffing hours for budgetary compliance Host Homes May direct the recruitment of Mentors, coordine pre-service educion of providers, conduct assessments during the assessment and final home certificion, facilite the mching process, ensure compliance with the annual recertificion of homes Ensure th all Host Homes meet company standards as well as those of the funder; ensure approprie mching of individuals served with the approprie independent contractor-provider Oversee the coordinion of program services for the individuals receiving services, their families, and providers; provide support and guidance to ensure th the intervention, goals, and objectives as formalized in the Consumer Program Plans consistently meet the preferences and needs of the individual receiving services. Qualificions: Bachelor's degree in Human Services; Master’s degree preferred Five years of reled experience with the following exceptions: Ohio: 1 year of experience Pennsylvania: 2 years of experience Additional educion, licensure, or experience where required by ste regulory authorities QMRP, QIDP, or QDDP certificion preferred Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the company or providing transportion to individuals receiving services Self-motived and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect informion from different sources Demonstred ability to motive team and drive results to meet goals Why Join Us?
