The Hardin is a 137-unit, mixed income, LIHTC property located at 8th and K in Downtown Sacramento. The pet-friendly property offers Studios, 1- and 2-Bedroom apartment homes, with onsite laundry and parking. The Hardin features both market rate and LIHTC affordable housing.
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including, but not necessarily limited to; supervising/training/hiring staff, leasing, qualifying tenants for LIHTC housing, ensuring compliance, collections, reporting, record keeping, scheduling vendors, property upkeep, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all residents.
