Candides will join a fast-paced, mission-focused team of government and contractor personnel developing innovive software and da-driven solutions. This position is onsite in Reston, VA and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph for considerion. Basic Qualificions by level - Mid-Level Software Development Engineer Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informion Systems, Systems Engineering, or reled field with 4+ years of experience (or Master’s with 2+ years) 2+ years supporting Intelligence Community or DoD environments Experience with software development using Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript Experience with full-stack development, including modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular) and backend services/APIs Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL dabases, ETL pipelines, and Docker/containerized environments Exposure to cloud plforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices Experience integring AI/ML or LLM-based capabilities is a plus Senior Software Development Engineer Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience (or Master’s with 6+ years) 3+ years supporting Intelligence Community or DoD missions Advanced experience in software architecture, system design, and scalable applicion development Strong background in da pipelines, ETL workflows, APIs, and cloud-nive/containerized systems Experience developing analytic, simulion, or scenario-based applicions Experience integring AI/ML, LLMs, or RAG-based solutions into production systems Ability to lead development efforts and mentor junior engineers Principal Software Development Engineer / Technical Lead Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience (or Master’s with 10+ years) 3+ years supporting Intelligence Community or DoD missions Deep expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud-based plforms Experience designing complex analytic systems, simulion plforms, and large-scale da pipelines Strong background in AI/ML, LLM integrion, and advanced analytics Proven ability to lead technical stregy, prototype innovive solutions, and guide engineering teams Excellent communicion and stakeholder engagement skills For All Levels - Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain mission-focused software applicions and da plforms Build and support ETL pipelines, APIs, and da integrion workflows Develop web-based tools for analysis, visualizion, and decision support Integre AI/ML and advanced analytics capabilities into applicions Collabore with users and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions Support testing, debugging, optimizion, and deployment activities Contribute to technical direction, documention, and engineering best practices For All Levels - Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Experience working in Linux/Unix and Dockerized environments Familiarity with AWS cloud services and DevOps methodologies Ability to work independently and collaborively in fast-paced mission environments Strong written and verbal communicion skills If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
