Providing product quotes to customers as needed. Ensuring follow-up after passing leads to main office with complete profile customer information, calls to action, sources, dates. Answers customer inquiries and satisfactorily resolves customer complaints. Reports any problems or required maintenance on any installed piece of equipment to Service Department Scheduler. Provides Training at Branch and National Level to enhance sales and grow customer sales and penetration in territory.
