Job description We are seeking professional hustlers to install real estate signs throughout New England. Join our team today! The role primarily involves installing various types of signage using a manual post hole digger, with secondary duties of helping out in the shop when not busy on installs. This position is FULL-TIME yearly work. Pay is $20.00/$25.00 on the books. Monthly bonuses for most installs a month and more. Valid driver's license a must! Must be reliable/ no slackers allowed. Report to the Shop in Woonsocket. Be able to follow simple directions!!!! Responsibilities: Install signs safely and accurately, ensuring proper alignment and stability. Assist in shop tasks, including sign preparation and assembly. Hang banners throughout the state of Rhode Island & Massachusetts during peak seasons. Follow multi-step directions using our state-of-the-art installers app and project plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Occasionally travel beyond the Rhode Island area for installations. Keeping the shop and vehicles clean and organized. Why Work With Us?
