What you’ll do Design and implement eye-catching window displays, glass and giftware arrangements, and artwork curation, optimizing visibility and sales potential. Manage inventory control processes, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and organized efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Conduct regular assessments of merchandising effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts in merchandising, sales, and inventory management. Qualifications Experience in retail sales or merchandising, with a solid understanding of retail math principles.
