Pay Re: $22.66 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur07:45 AM - 05:45 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities a government locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces, verifying credentials and supporting access control procedures in accordance with post orders and applicable regulions. Support emergency and incident response by assisting with de-escalion, coordining with public agencies and/or first responders, and maintaining a visible armed presence throughout the locion. Minimum Requirements: Be least 21 years of age. Be a gradue of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certificion is preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
