Immediate Contract Start | Development & Zoning Expertise We’re seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Permit Specialist to support residential and commercial development projects in Bellevue, Redmond and Sammamish. This is an immediate contract opportunity for someone with deep familiarity with local permitting processes, zoning codes, and environmental regulations.
