Responsibilities: * Perform commercial pressure washing and soft washing on mobile office exteriors. * Execute touch-up exterior painting, siding prep, and patching. * Handle small building repairs (exterior trim, fascia, siding, and basic hardware fixes). * Safely set up ladders and handle maintenance equipment on site.
