You will be working with a team of providers offering transdisciplinary care in a community that connects with, encourages, and builds relationships with one another.\r\n\n\r\n\nScope: The ESIT Physical Therapist is responsible for the planning and implementation of developmental supports in collaboration with the early supports team and families to support functional development and meaningful participation in daily living and community activities. Scope of Work: Amara is looking for a clinical consultant to support direct-service staff across Amara programming. As an organization that is committed to positive long-term outcomes for children and families. We drive systemic change, promote healing, and advance racial and LGBTQIA+ equity, by offering programs and services to families engaged in foster care, and to adoptees and families, post-adoption. In order to effectively do this work, it is imperative that our staff have clinical support to ensure their own wellbeing. In addition to direct supervision that supports staff’s individual programmatic work, we are seeking to continue providing staff with 1-3 hours of group clinical consultation per month. Staff currently receive clinical consultation in a group setting. Groups are divided by general scope of work and roles. Successful bidders will work with Amara’s Chief Innovation and Program Officer (or other identified Amara staff) to determine the number of consultant groups and the frequency, length, and duration of groups. The successful bidder(s) will be given a 1-year contract with a start date of January 1, 2026, with the opportunity to renew on a non-compete basis for 2 additional years (3 in total) if the total compensation is less than $10,000 per year. The Tribe is one of 29 federally recognized Indian Tribes in Washington State. The population of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe is currently just over 1,300 enrolled tribal members. About half the tribal members reside on the reservation, along with other Native Americans and non-Indians. It serves as the executive and legislative body of the tribe and convenes twice a month to establish policy, review budgets and finances, and ensure staff is carrying out the responsibilities delegated to it to fulfill the vision and mission of the tribe. The Tribal government employs approximately 300 employees and provides numerous direct services to the tribal membership. The Tribe also owns a casino, a convenience store, a tribally designated housing entity, and operates a 501 (c) 3 non-profit foundation. The casino operates class II and III gaming and employs approximately 225 employees, this number includes part-time and on-call staff. SCOPE OF WORK The Tribe seeks an in-home service provider to work with families and children when a child in in an out-of-home placement and can be reunited, or the child/children are at risk to be removed from the home with out in-home intervention. This provider will provide culturally appropriate services, using the customs and traditions of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe as well as using the principles of an in-home service model. PROPOSED SCHEDULE a. Tribe to release RFP by 11/14/25 b. Proposals due by: 12/20/25 c. Tribe interviews and selects between: PGST will interview as letters of interest are received and the candidates meet the criteria. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS/GUIDELINES d. Letter of Interest and overall qualifications. e. Detailed summary of tribal child welfare experience, any prior homebuilder experience and if a certified counselor, all counseling experience. f.
