Foster is Missing (Redding)

Description

Foster is a senior hound mix, about 12-13 years old 100#lbs. He is primarily black coat with white speckled on his front chest and paws. He has a distinct scar on his head. We would really like him home safely with us. $$ reward $$ He got out on Monday 3/23 @ 345 pm. Was last seen on westside road southbound towards Capri hotel.
