Maintain a safe and clean brewery environment Building Maintenance Worker for Brewery Wanted (Eureka) Lost Coast Brewery © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap 1600 Sunset Drive near Broadway google map compensation: 20-24$/hr employment type: full-time experience level: mid level job title: Building Maintenance RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines - Adhere to company policies and regulations - Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of commercial cleaning and faacilities maintenance techniques and equipment - Ability to operate floor care machines such as buffers and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (80lbs.+) as required - Ability to pass a standard drug screening - Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
