Coordinates board training and leadership development The Board Administration Coordinator supports the Associated Students Board of Directors by overseeing board operations, meeting administration, policy compliance, and leadership development. This position manages agendas, minutes, board communications, and document flow while ensuring compliance with parliamentary procedure and open meeting laws. Key responsibilities include supporting Board and committee meetings, advising on governance and policy matters, coordinating board training and leadership development, preparing resolutions, maintaining official records, and overseeing administrative processes for A.S. grant programs. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in student development, public policy, political science, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Experience in organizational leadership, project management, student affairs, public service, nonprofit governance, or related work. -Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Experience with nonprofit boards, student government, or CSU auxiliary organizations preferred.
