Coordinate with site superintendent and other contractors B&J Excavating is seeking a highly motivated experienced Foreman to perform hands on field management of a pipe crew. B&J Excavating is a site development company performing all phases of site development. Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years experience working as a Pipe Foreman for a site work company and must have direct experience performing and supervising earthwork activities and underground utility installation. Job responsibilities consist of the following: - Directing Equipment & Manpower - Coordination with Site Superintendent and other contractors on job site - Completion of job cost and daily paperwork for project - Review and analysis of crew productivity daily Candidates should posses the following capabilities: - Proficient in use of computer (MS word, excel, outlook, project) - Highly Motivated - Well organized - Direct experience working for a site contractor in the past Position offers excellent starting salary, in the $80,000-$90,000 range, company vehicle and full benefit package.
