Position Details:We offer a competitive starting salary range of $60k-$75k, depending on experience, during the training period. Post training, Sales Reps can earn uncapped commissions, spiffs + subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission. Top performers can earn well over $100,000 annually!! Responsibilities:Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales stregy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers. Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Educe the customer on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities. Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities th may arise. Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows-up on any problems. Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels th will lead to an increase in sales. Participe in relevant industry events and networking opportunities. Performing additional duties as assigned. #CM-ALL Qualificions: • High School Diploma/GED is required. • Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license, current auto insurance with a clean driving record. • 2+ years of B2B sales account management and consulting experience is required. 70% Driving Travel Required: This role requires the ability to drive to and from customer locions across the assigned sales territory. Some overnight stays may be required.
