WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Field Mechanic, you will work on agriculture equipment customer locions ensuring th equipment repairs are done accurely, timely, and the customer’s equipment is running in peak form. All your hard work is geared toward supporting our customers and maximizing their uptime. Each day, you will be analyzing and diagnosing agriculture equipment malfunctions or failures in the field. You will then repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components including pump motors, valves, and all reled components, electrical systems, and air systems. Welding and fabricion work will also be required times. Picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing th they can count on you to get the job done right. WHAT YOU NEED: 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing Agriculture equipment. Must have experience repairing John Deere equipment. Basic computer knowledge. Self-motivion and Ability to work under little or no supervision. Excellent communicion and customer relions skills. Driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Must provide own tools.   Compension: $31.03-46.54/hr (Depending on Experience)   Why work for Pape’: Competitive pay based on your skills, training, and experience level.
