Key Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial installations Execute work sold by consulting technicians Maintain quality standards and safety compliance Troubleshoot and solve on-site electrical issues Communicate effectively with team members Maintain professional job site appearance Qualifications Active Idaho Journeyman License Active Washington Electrical License (01 preferred) Valid driver's license Ability to run a crew Must pass a background check upon a conditional job offer (role involves working inside customers' homes) Dependable, reliable, punctual Strong installation background Detail-oriented mindset Team-first attitude Pay & Benefits Full-time, W-2 Employment Hourly Base Pay: $32 to $40 per hour (based on experience) Estimated Annual Base Pay: $64,000-$80,000 (base only) Additional Earnings: Commission is available in addition to base pay, tied to performance and profitability Weekly training is provided Company vehicle Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid vacation & holidays Stable, year-round work Why Cheetah Electric?
