Serving clients nationwide, our goal is to create sentiments that will last forever.  Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Specialist. As a crucial member of our team, you will work directly with our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. This includes phone calls, emails, and in-person walk ins. You will serve as the primary receptionist at our storefront! This role is compensated at $16.00/hour. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders Provide clients with information on our preservation process, pricing, and timelines Mitigate client concerns with empathy, working to ensure the best experience for each individual Requirements Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Experience in a client-facing role, especially in a service-oriented industry in preferred Benefits 401k plan Wellness Program Bonus Plan 6 paid holidays Flexible scheduling Fun, lively atmosphere
