Summary: This role involves operating and monitoring machinery, inspecting and packaging molded products, performing finishing operations, and maintaining a clean work environment. Highlights: 1. Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:15pm Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm - 12:15am Midnight Shift: 12:00am-8:15am Must be available for weekends and overtime • Removes plastic injection molded parts from the machine, loads inserts in the mold, removes inserts when needed. • Visually inspects molded product for all molding defects • Packs acceptable parts in boxes or appropriate containers • Exercises care to avoid damaging molds. • Monitors the machine during operation to make sure machine is meeting cycle time. • Sorts parts appropriately and performs a variety of minor finishing operations (i.e., trimming, etc.). • Packages and labels molded parts to standard. • Grinds runners and scrap parts when directed by the Supervisor. • Completes required paperwork to document the process; production, scrap, downtime, etc. • Cleans, sweeps and maintains the assigned cell in an orderly, safe and clean condition. $15.50 per hour Apply at: S&K Staffing 35300 Gratiot Ave (North of 15 Mile Rd) Clinton Township, MI 48035 Monday - Friday 9:00am-11:00am or 1:00pm-3:00pm Please bring a valid picture ID (i.e. State ID, Driver's License) and proof of eligibility to work in the US (i.e. SS Card, Birth Certificate)
