Pay Re: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:30 AM - 05:30 PMS08:30 AM - 02:30 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-reled procedures, locion-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities approprie to an armed post a financial institution locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random prols throughout the locion, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-reled concerns. Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizions, and report suspicious behavior, prohibited items, or policy violions in accordance with post orders. Support cash handling, high-value asset movement, and other sensitive operions when assigned, maintaining visible presence and following armed post protocols and reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess an armed guard card and/or license as required. CPR and/or First Aid certificion is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
