We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to support the inspection of precision machined plastic and metal components. Responsibilities • Perform in-process, first article (AS9102), and final inspections. • Verify compliance with customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements. • Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, bore gages, and pin gages. • Review material and outside processing certifications. • Identify and document nonconforming material. • Maintain inspection records and quality data. • Work closely with production personnel to achieve quality and delivery goals. • Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training activities. • CMM experience is a plus; willingness to learn is encouraged. Qualifications Required • Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (within the last 5 years preferred). • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. • Experience using standard inspection tools and measuring equipment. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. • High school diploma or equivalent. • U.S. Citizenship is required. • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check. • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, including THC/marijuana. • Current/Updated resume (Outdated resumes will not be considered) Preferred • AS9102 First Article Inspection experience. • CMM experience. • Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or semiconductor manufacturing. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.
