All candidates will be considered for 1st shift during training, with opportunities to move to 2nd shift (5% differential) for those with relevant experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job instructions Assemble cable and wire harness components (strip, crimp, solder, etc.) Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product meets standards Follow AS9100 quality and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: 1+ year of cable/wire harness assembly experience in manufacturing Hands-on experience with: Strip & crimp Soldering Cable lacing / tie wrapping Connectorizing Harness testing & labeling Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Familiarity with AS9100 standards (preferred) Certifications: Required: IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Modules 1–8) Preferred: J-STD-001 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off
