Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structural Drafter to translate engineering designs into accurate drawings and models, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Highlights: 1. Work closely with structural engineers to prepare construction documents 2. Quickly turnaround plan redlines and details using company CAD standards 3. Contract work with flexible hours We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structural Drafter to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will translate structural engineering designs into detailed, accurate, and high-quality drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD. You will work closely with structural engineers to prepare construction documents, ensuring all projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations. To start, the ideal will be able to quickly turnaround plan redlines, and details using our company cad standards. This is a remote position so candidate must have their own version of Autocad and be able to use Dropbox. Experience at some of the bigger firms in Phoenix is a plus but not required. Hours will vary as we try to not overload anyone. This is all contract work and you’ll be issued a 1099-C at the end of tax year.
