Behavioral Health Support Staff Hawthorne Group Home (loced near 51st Ave & Southern) Part Time Pay Re $16 Hourly Would you like to make a difference in someone’s life? Based in community, vocional, or in-home settings, and working closely with our clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans, this role provides assistance and stregies to the individuals we serve to live as independently as possible. Provide assistance with daily activities th range from socializion and behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, recreional activities, transportion, community integrion, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living. Accurely documents progress and activity; reviews records and logs to stay up-to-de with changes in service plans. Provide clinical expertise which may include knowledge for specialized populions, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, emotional or behavioral disability, or expertise in special disciplines such as behavioral support, early intervention, crisis intervention, or others. May accompany individuals we serve to medical appointments; relay orders and informion to and from medical providers. Travel between sites, to individual’s homes, and may accompany them into the community. Qualificions: High school diploma or equivalent required Six months of experience in human services preferred Must be 21 years of age Valid driver’s license in good standing Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint card Stes may have additional requirements Strong tention to detail, organizional skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines Excellent communicion skills A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach You will make a difference every day and help to provide quality of life-enhancing services to the individuals we serve.
