Responsibilities Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems "WMS". Load and unload freight using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols. Manage stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and updating records in systems like AS400 and MRP software. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit, following company standards for shipping & receiving. Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks and forklifts to move pallets efficiently within the distribution center. Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, including order picking details, load sheets, and inbound/outbound logs. Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock areas and assisting with order fulfillment to meet delivery deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklift trucks safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software is preferred. Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities. Experience with order picking & packing, stocking procedures, and using order picker equipment is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Prior warehouse experience in e-commerce or distribution centers is a plus but not required.
