Work in a safety-driven environment Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring Process Assistants for a chemical manufacturing and distribution facility in Glendale, AZ. This position offers hands-on experience in industrial production, material handling, and plant operations while working in a safety-driven environment with opportunities to develop manufacturing skills. Responsibilities •Perform general labor duties as directed by supervisors and production leadership •Assist with staging containers and preparing production lines for loading •Support container filling operations and transport full containers to warehouse areas •Operate propane forklift to move materials and containers (preferred) •Assist with container painting, finishing, and button-up processes •Perform general plant housekeeping and cleanup tasks •Support maintenance activities as assigned Qualifications •Manufacturing or general labor experience preferred •Forklift experience preferred (propane forklift a plus) •Ability to lift and move materials regularly •Reliable attendance and strong work ethic •Ability to work in industrial plant environment •Commitment to safety procedures and PPE use •Background Check and Drug Screen Schedule Winter: •Monday–Friday starting at 6:00 AM (8 hrs/day avg.) •Start time may vary •No overtime offered during winter season Summer: •Monday–Friday starting at 4:00 AM (8–10 hrs/day avg.) •Start time may vary •Overtime available based on production needs
