Generally, our ticket price ranges from $6,000-$8,000. As a lead Generator, your success is directly tied to your ability to set quality leads. You're a master of cold calling, prospecting, and persuasion. You're not afraid to put in the hard work and hustle required to bring in new business. Our Hourly position offers the flexibility to work from home, and you'll be provided with all the tools and support you need to succeed. Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales (3 years minimum) • Qualified candidates for this position will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, empathy, and persuasive abilities. • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet in a clear & concise manner. • We're seeking self-starters with a strong work ethic, who are willing to put in the hard work required to achieve their goals. Hardware requirements: • Windows 10/11 computer, (Chromebooks not compatible with our systems) • Reliable internet connection, ethernet connection. • Wired USB headset. • Wired USB mouse. • Quiet Space to work (no background noise) Responsibilities: • Generate quality appointments with Owners/CEOs/Presidents using a Power Dialing System that records all calls • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for a viable sales opportunity. • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing & gathering accurate information. • Work closely with the team to stay up to date on service and product knowledge. • Following up with potential clients to confirm appointments and ensure all necessary details are in place. • First Training Class March 24, 2026 Pay Structure • We offer $15 per hour & $100.00 per Sale. • Weekly pay! • You will have a true unlimited earning potential; it is only limited by the number of appointments you can set and the deals that result from those appointments.
