Support daily tasks and encourage community participation Apply Now Description Job Title: Direct Support Professional - DSP Location: Huntingdon, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00/hr Date Posted: 1/18/2026 About the Role We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you’ll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service.
