Hands-On Dispatch Manager – Fitness Logistics Location: Chalfont, PA Job Type: Full-Time WHO WE ARE: We are a fast-paced fitness logistics company moving and installing gym equipment for commercial and residential clients. This is not a desk-only job—this is operations in motion. We need someone who thrives in the chaos, solves problems fast, and keeps trucks moving. THE ROLE: We’re looking for a hands-on Dispatch Manager who knows how to run the day—not just watch it. You’ll be in the middle of everything: routing trucks, talking to drivers, fixing issues in real time, and making sure jobs get done right and on schedule. If you like structure, predictability, and slow days—this is NOT the job for you. If you like problem-solving, fast decisions, and staying on your toes—you’ll fit right in.
