Local site visits required Palm Beach County Project Scope: * Redesign and remodel of a residential home into a commercial space * Layout planning for gathering space, office/check-in area, restrooms, and possibly small kitchen/lounge * Ensure compliance with local building codes and ADA accessibility requirements * Provide drawings and design concepts suitable for contractor bids and permitting Ideal Candidate: * Licensed architect or experienced residential/commercial designer * Familiar with remodels adaptive reuse, or hospitality design * Knowledge of ADA, fire, and zoning requirements Please send C V
