Work in a very industrial environment with potential for metals fab experience SkillSetGroup is looking for an Overhead Crane Operator to work in the Lindon, UT area. This position will be operating an industrial overhead crane to load & offload heavy materials. The chosen candidate must have past crane experience, the ability to stand long periods of time and be comfortable with a very industrial work environment. Knowledge of load planning & scheduling is a big plus. This will be a 1st shift position and a temp to hire opportunity. Job Title: Crane Operator Pay: $20-21/hr Hours 6AM-230PM, minor OT Details This is an industrial overhead crane operator, this is not a sit-down heavy equipment operation position. Will operate two cranes: 10 Ton (inside track) and a 7.5 Ton (outside track). Experience with loading/offloading, understanding of scheduling/location placement, inventory tracking, etc. The chosen candidate will be given an on-site tour to see what they think about the environment. Experience with metals fab and heavy construction environments is a plus.
