Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associes, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperure environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Beyond offering logistics jobs, we build careers and fuel the future of foodservice distribution.   In This Role You’ll: All Associes: Safely opere merial handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certificion required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanition policies and safety protocols Selector (Picker) Specific: Accurely pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders Opere forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards all times Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed Wh You’ll Bring All Associes: Comfort working in varying temperures including freezer and cooler environments Strong tention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred Selector (Picker) Specific: Valid forklift certificion and 6+ months of safe equipment operion Strong reading/mh skills for labeling, counting, and documention Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurely select and prepare customer orders   Schedule & Setting: Full time, on-site in a temperure-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:  -5 °F to 38 °F)  Primarily a 4-day work week   Must be able to work both night or day shift. 5AM or 3PM Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods Pay & Benefits: $23.71/hour + 1/hour differential for working Friday-Sunday Union Role Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacion, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes   Why Join Us:  We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the business of development.
