In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling custom cabinets and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your carpentry skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities: -Build custom commercial cabinetry in units according to specifications. -Complete a project from start to finish. This may include layout from drawings, cutout, machining, and fabrication. -Cut and assemble plastic laminate cabinetry, install door and drawer fronts, and laminate countertops. -Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met. -Fabricate components with attention to detail, ensuring proper fit, finish, and durability. -Being safety oriented in all work practices and using basic hand tools and machinery safely and competently. Skills and Qualifications -Proven experience in cabinet and countertop fabrication, wall paneling, booth work, and reception style desks. -Experience with plastic laminate and wood veneer is required. -Minimum two years of laminate cabinetry experience preferred. -Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. -Supply and maintain personal tools (power tools and heavy equipment are supplied) -Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship. -Be willing and able to work well with others or on your own. -Minimum two years of laminate cabinetry experience preferred. We typically work four-10 hour days from Monday-Thursday with some overtime when needed. We endeavor to provide a safe and friendly workplace.
