Found rope, tarp

Description

I found a 4 ft long metal object of some sort in middle of roadway along with some yellow rope & a brown tarp last week . I left by side of rd for awhile to see if anyone would claim but I finally picked it up to upload photos & put on CList. If you lost these items out of the back of your truck, please just tell me WHERE you would have lost them & I will see what I can do about getting them back to you.
