CDL Driver/Traffic Control

Summary: Cantel Barricade is seeking a CDL Driver to join their team, primarily operating a knuckle boom truck and learning traffic control set-up. Highlights: 1. Cross-training in traffic control set-up and deliveries Cantel Barricade is a small local traffic control rental/sale company serving the PNW with steel plates, traffic control equipment, and traffic control planning. We are looking to add a CDL Driver to our team who will be cross trained in traffic control set-up and deliveries. Requirements: - CDL A or B - Clean Driving Record (No DUIs) - Safety-focused - Willingness to learn Traffic Control - Must be able to pass yearly DOT drug test Schedule: Monday-Friday, Daytime hours usually between 6am-5pm. Infrequent weekends-usually only in the summer if needed. Benefits: Healthcare for individual is paid fully by employer, sick pay, paid holidays. Job Duties: - Operating knuckle boom truck to job sites to deliver/pick-up Steel Plates. - Learn to read Traffic control plans and set out equipment while following regulations. - Work alongside other crew members while being respectful and positive. - Upkeep equipment and shops: include cleaning, repairs, and building new equipment. - Note: This is NOT a flagging position, we only do rentals and sales of traffic equipment.
