We need someone who is proactive, customer service-oriented, and a persistent problem solver. If this describes you well, please keep reading. Do you have: - 4 years' in Information Technology field? - Prior MSP experience? - CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Server+ Certifications or similar experience? - Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office? - Excellent customer service skills? - A valid Oregon or Washington driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance? Can you: - Maintain confidentiality? - Work on-site Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with one-hour lunch)? - Agree to participate in on-call rotation?
