We proudly serve clients throughout the Portland, Vancouver, and surrounding metro areas. We provide turnkey solutions that guide clients through every step of the process—from floor planning and downsizing to packing, moving, unpacking, estate cleanouts and sales. We are seeking a professional, organized, energetic, and self-motivated individual who enjoys working one-on-one with clients while collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional service. POSITION SUMMARY The Downsizing Move Manager serves as the primary point of contact and team member for clients from consultation through completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, flexibility, and a compassionate approach to working with seniors and their families. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Consultations & Estimates • Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs. • Gather information and develop customized service plans. • Educate clients, family members, and real estate professionals about our services and recommended timelines. • Prepare estimates for downsizing, packing, moving, and project recommendations. Planning & Logistics • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. • Coordinate resources, timelines, and service teams. • Ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Work alongside packing, moving, and cleanout teams. Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. • Respond to questions promptly and provide ongoing updates. • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process. Project Management • Coordinate and act as a vital role through packing, moving, unpacking, and estate cleanout services. • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams. • Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise. QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills & Experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Customer service-focused mindset. • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness. • Basic office and computer skills. • Empathy and professionalism when working with seniors and families. • Physical ability to be active in each step of the downsizing, packing and unpacking process. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Clark counties. • Ability to maintain communication with clients and team members via phone and text during business hours. • Clean criminal background. Preferred Qualifications • Supervisory or team leadership experience. • Project management experience. • Experience in moving, relocation, estate services, senior services, or related industries. COMPENSATION • Starting at $24 - $26/hr. • $.73/mile reimbursement when using personal vehicle. • Flexible paid time off. • Annual pay increases.
