Ensure efficient and transparent community management The MCHA, a senior HOA community is recruiting for a Community Manager. This is a full time position at 35 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our community in accordance with our governing documents, applicable laws, and Board of Directors oversite. You will report directly to our board president. The community manager ensures that the community operates efficiently, transparently, and in the best interests of all homeowners. You will supervise a team of 3 to 4 employees and volunteer teams from time to time The starting salary for this position will be between $3750.00 to $4000.00 per month.
