We are a rapidly expanding orthodontic practice with multiple locations throughout the Portland metro area, and we’re looking for a motivated, friendly individual to become a key member of our team. If you have excellent people skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars Answering phones and handling patient inquiries with professionalism Managing incoming emails and text communications with timely responses Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience at every visit What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is adaptable, quick to learn new software, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role also offers potential for growth into a leadership position for the right individual. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
